About the Role

As a Junior PHP Developer (ERP/CRM), you will be responsible for supporting the development, customization, and maintenance of ERP and CRM web applications. You will work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements and implement backend functionalities using PHP and MySQL. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in ERP/CRM software development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining ERP/CRM modules using PHP and MySQL.
• Work on backend form handling, database connectivity, and admin panel features.
• Customize existing ERP/CRM solutions as per client requirements.
• Debug, test, and fix issues in web applications.
• Support integration of APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to ensure smooth functionality.
• Maintain proper documentation of code and database structure.
• Provide technical support during ERP/CRM implementation.
• Learn and stay updated with ERP/CRM workflows and PHP frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter.

Qualifications

• BCA / BSc IT / BTech / Any Computer Science background.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of how web forms and databases work.
• Interest in ERP/CRM software development.
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
