BizPlusPro Terms & Policy
BizPlusPro (“BizPlusPro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides cloud-based business management and HR solutions (the “Software”) including HRMS, CRM, Inventory, Sales, Projects, Tasks, Timesheets, and Reporting modules. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Software Subscription Services and are in addition to the terms set in your Customer Agreement.
Capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as in your Customer Agreement
1. License Conditions
The license granted by BizPlusPro to the Customer is subject to the following restrictions:
The Software Subscription Services may only be accessed and used by employees and authorized personnel of the Customer.
The Customer may only use the number of users purchased in the subscription.
The Customer must not sub-license or provide access to third parties.
The Customer must not use the Software to provide services to other organizations or clients.
2. Maintenance and Support Services
BizPlusPro provides off-site maintenance and support services, including:
24×7 web-based support system to log issues
Phone and email support during business hours
Updates, patches, and critical security fixes
Training and re-training sessions (if requested)
On-site support: If the Customer requests on-site support, charges will apply for the personnel time spent.
Scheduled Maintenance: BizPlusPro may notify the Customer at least 10 business days in advance for any scheduled maintenance affecting service availability.
Service Suspension: If payments are overdue by 45 days, BizPlusPro may suspend maintenance and support services after giving 30 days’ written notice.
3. Data Protection
The Customer warrants it has the legal right to share data entered into the Software.
BizPlusPro will process Customer Data only according to instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
BizPlusPro implements technical and organizational measures to secure data against unauthorized access, loss, or corruption.
The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the subscription and governs compliance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Acknowledgements and Warranty Limitation
The Software may contain errors, defects, or bugs; BizPlusPro will assist in resolving issues.
The Software may have security vulnerabilities; BizPlusPro will provide support to mitigate risks.
The Software is compatible only with specified systems. BizPlusPro does not guarantee compatibility with other software or systems.
BizPlusPro does not provide legal, financial, or taxation advice.
The Customer is responsible for use of the Software and its compliance obligations.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
BizPlusPro does not offer refunds for subscription payments.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days’ advance notice to ensure smooth account closure.
